Bad Rap

A video shown on public access in Tempe, Arizona (right next door to where I live) shows a Tempe police officer asking two black men to perform a rap song in exchange for dropping a littering citation. Civil rights activists are up in arms over this "discrimination." At least the men weren't beaten with nightsticks, as in some other famous altercations between cops and brothers. What say you, Rodney King?
