Imus Be Suing

Don Imus is suing CBS for the remaining amount of his contract. I think he just might win, considering said contract stated that Imus was to be controversial and would get a warning if he went too far on the air. He didn't get that warning, as we all know, and now could reap millions without having to work for it. Boycotts and hand-wringing rarely have the intended effect. This whole controversy was much ado about nothing.
