My State in 2008
OK. I'm going to admit it. The Bush Administration has not been the success in dealing with the world I thought it would be. We have not been attacked on U.S. soil since 9/11, I'll give 'em that. I think this country is doing pretty well keeping the terrorists at bay. For now. There is still much we could do security-wise. Our ports really need to be secured. Airports still let all kind of items (and people) though security. Our borders leak illegals in like a sieve. Democracy is not busting out all over. The world doesn't hate us so much anymore, not because of anything Bush has done, but because China, Russia, India, et al, are too busy growing by leaps and bounds and sucking up food, oil, and other energy and resources. America had better wise up to this world reality, and fast. This is more pressing than "global warming." Most foreigners, I believe, like our people. They just don't like our government. Unfortunately, despite what the neocons preached the last eight years, it is much more complicated than "you are either with us or against us." I see that now.

Yup, they sure have made a mess of things .. and I can't say the left has been very much help either .. Harry Reid has got to be one of the biggest pussies I've ever seen in the Senate .. is he really the best they could do? Nancy Peloci is no prize either .. both of them are total chickens, too scared to bite the bullet and attack the big problems .. as for how safe we are? .. I suppose we should also credit Bush for the fact that an asteroid hasn't hit the earth yet either .. even if 9-11 was a bunch of sand niggers with an outlandish scheme involving box cutters .. that plan was long in the making, whoever conjured it ..
At least if either McCain or Obama win, there will be some brain activity taking place in the white house for a change .. and I wouldn't be surprised if Obama picks Hillary for a running mate, and they wind up having him turkey shot from the grassy knowle in Dallas at Houston and Elm .. she'll get in the white house one way or the other ..
Oh Ya, and as far as the illegals .. why don't they just explain to the public what the tax burden is into some detail, instead of taking the "Beaners Suck" approach and just mercilessly kick their asses? They would have more public support if they would just explain what it does to Joe taxpayer .. miste all chritty!!!!!
