Fat Is Where It's At (sort of)

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have recalculated the risk of being overweight. It's not nearly as bad as previously thought, ranking No. 7 instead of No. 2 among preventable causes of death. The analysis found that people who are slightly overweight actually have a lower risk of death than those of normal weight. I have lost 20 pounds in the last month or so, but at 310 lbs. I am nowhere near "normal" weight. I will post my weight losses here over the next few months. Yeah. I'll bet you're wondering, how can a crackhead be so fat?
