Relapse

I had another relapse August 14th. I couldn't bear to write about it until now. I was so disappointed in myself. I though the antidepressants would keep me from using dope. After the episode, I quit taking them. After a few weeks of incredible depression, I now feel better then I have in months. I am going to beat this, and stop beating myself up so much. I can do it.
