Hooray for Gilbert!

My hometown, Gilbert, Arizona, has been ranked #22 on a list of the 25 safest cities in the U.S. by Morgan Quitno Press, using FBI data released in June. Gilbert, approaching 200,000 in population, is a cool place to live. Hard to believe that 25 years ago Gilbert was a tiny farm town of 8000 or so.
