Too Little, Too Late

Last night's debate was the high point for John McCain. The line "Senator Obama, I am not President Bush. If you wanted to run against President Bush, you should have run four years ago", was perfect. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough. I don't think McCain was aggressive enough from Day One. He should have attacked the Democrats for vetoing any and all efforts to reign in the mortgage situation a few years ago. Obama is very good at debating. Too good. He had McCain doing all the work while he sat back and watched him tire out. Unless something radical (heh heh) happens, Barack Obama will be our next president. God help us.

The conservatives think and live like the people in England. The elite class is appointed by parliment, get showered with tons of cash, and never have to do squat. Meanwhile, the peasants all do the work and don't get paid squat. That's why the republicans pick people like Palin and Quayle for VP. Since they don't intend to do shit for the people, they don't need to be qualified for jack shit.

C'mon. You have the ability to earn what you want, become who you want, in the United States. What is holding you back except attitude?
